Built in 1914
Originally opened in 1914 as The Eagle Theater, our banquet hall has been lovingly restored by Chef Dave Samber as an elegant space for life's biggest occasions — attached to the restaurant since 1997.
On the mezzanine sits a magnificent digital three-manual Rodgers 360 Theatre Organ; on the stage, a rare walnut 1964 Wurlitzer concert grand piano — paired with a 20-channel audio system that turns any gathering into a performance.
