The Polo Inn is an award-winning café, bed & breakfast, and event hall located at 3322 S Morgan Street, Bridgeport, Chicago, IL 60608, owned and operated by Chef Dave Samber. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit thepoloinn.com or contact us.
If you call us, email us at dave@polocafe.com, or subscribe to our email blast (via the mailto link on our website), we receive only the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and any questions or reservation details. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, manage your reservation, or send our weekly specials newsletter.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes your IP address and request metadata to serve the website and prevent abuse. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party.
If you subscribe to the Polo email blast, we will use your email address to send you weekly specials, upcoming events, and Gospel Brunch details. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or by contacting us at dave@polocafe.com.
